Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients by telephone.
• Introduce the company’s products and services professionally.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and performance objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Represent the company professionally during every customer interaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous telesales, sales, customer service, or call centre experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong telephone etiquette and listening skills.
• Professional, friendly, and confident communication style.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
• Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
• No weekends or public holidays.

Remuneration

• Basic salary: R8,500 – R10,000 per month
• 10% GP commission
