VACANCY: Debtors Clerk (Temp)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the Asset Finance and Rental Industry is seeking to employ a Debtors Clerk for a 3 month period.

Summary of the role:

Responsible to oversee, monitor, control debtor accounts, communicate with clients, resolve all queries, process and reconcile debtors. Debtors Control oversees team members that report directly into them. Furthermore, the role prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to debtors’ accounts.The candidate will work as part of the finance team to manage and achieve finance goals and objectives.

Requirements:

- Experience in working on Pastel Evolution

- 5-6 years experience in a Debtors Function

- Good Excel Skills (Can perform formulas such as V-Lookup, Pivot Tables and SumIF / CountIF etc)

- Must be assertive and firm

- Accounting degree or similar qualification
