JOB DESCRIPTION:

This multi-national company based in South African is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team on a contractual basis. My client specializes in delivering excellence to all its customers, therefore prior experience from a services or retail company will be advantageous.

They are looking for an individual with experience in accounting (invoicing, debtors, reports) as well as working closely with the sales department in creating supporting material that assist with customer information and products. The ideal person for this role will have solid experience with balancing accounting tasks and updating and maintaining spreadsheet.

Responsibilities:

Age analysis
Collections
Cash Flow
Compliance with financial policies and procedures
Tax/Vat

Qualification:

Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/ Bookkeeping

Experience:

3-5 years’ experience in similar field

Skills Required:

20million debtors book value +
Pastel Evolution in similar field.
Have sound organizational and accuracy skills.
