JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is in search of a Debtors Clerk to join their company in Pretoria East. This position requires a candidate with behavioural competencies in organisation, accuracy, skilled time management and timeous communication.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Account Applications
Handing over of overdue accounts
Management of Accounts
Capturing of bank deposits
Collections and Follow Ups
Client Queries regarding accounts
Monthly Statements
Journals
Credit notes and Invoicing
Management of VAT and approvals thereof
Debtors Month End duties (age analysis, interest, statements)
Internal reporting
Training of Depot's as needed
Internal Queries
