SUMMARY:
A newly established property development organisation is seeking a Debtors Clerk to join their exceptional team in Pretoria. The successful incumbent should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Financial Accounting. If you are suitable for this role, please apply!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

National senior certificate (NQF 4)
2 years relevant experience
Background and knowledge of property and/or rentals advantageous
MDA Experience or equivalent

Job description & Skills:

The capturing of data for tenants as per lease agreements
Safeguard tenant queries are investigated, resolved & processed within the agreed time frame
Confirm correct maintenance of tenant’s accounts
Make certain tenant deposits for existing tenants are reconciled & refunded within the agreed timeframe
Guarantee tenant statements are delivered to the tenants by the 25th of the month
Make certain all supporting documents are filed & stored in an appropriate manner
Perform any additional task that may be given by senior management from time to time
