SUMMARY:
FMCG CLIENT based in Springs is looking for a Pastel Evolution skilled Debtors Clerk
R12-15k CTC

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
- Debtors experience of minimum 3 years
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English
- Computer skills a necessity, especially Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Pastel Evolution will be beneficial or experience in other accounting software (required)

Duties and Responsibilities

Managing Debtors administration
Interact with Debtors Supervisor and communicate with relevant clients
Debtor’s collections
Allocation of payments
Keep a record of payments due and follow up on outstanding balances
Prepare and distribute accurate debtor statements on a weekly basis
Processing of invoices and credit notes
Handling of account queries
Daily sending of invoices and filing
