SUMMARY:
Our client operating in the Manufacturing industry and based in Linbro Park is seeking a Debtors Clerk to join their team for a 3 month contract.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Roles and Duties:

Liaise with debtors
Full reconciliation of Debtors
Answer invoice queries, send statements
Understand the collection cycle, and accompanying tasks
Explain invoice details in a calm, helpful manner
Other Ad Hoc duties

Minimum requirements:

A Diploma in Finance, Accounting or similar
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Minimum 3 years experience as a Debtors clerk
Accuracy and attention to detail
A clear criminal record.
