SUMMARY:
Seeking a Debtors Clerk & Portfolio Admin

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A utility contractor company is currently looking for a Debtors Clerk & Portfolio Admin to join their finance team.

You will be responsible for the following:

Following up on outstanding debtors accounts & collection of payments
Responding to customer queries
Allocating payments to invoices
Account reconciliations
Maintain client building portfolio
Ensure accuracy and integrity of building and billing data
Any other debtors or administrative related tasks as needed

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Matric/ Grade 12
Proficient on Excel, Word & Outlook
Experience with SAP Business One preferrable
Experience as a debtors clerk

The company is looking for the following qualities in a candidate:

Able to interrogate a process and recommend improvements
Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
Able to easily interact with all staff levels
