Customer Success Manager

SUMMARY:
Suppliers and Distributors of Cleaning, Hygiene, Toiletries and Beverage products are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager.
Customer satisfaction, price and product quality is our competitive advantage. Our business is dedicated to supply and distribution of high quality products to the hospitality industry. The product range consists of the best choice in toiletries, amenities, beverages and cleaning materials directly delivered to the establishments, which will include everything from small B&B's to Hotels and Resorts. The company also supplies household cleaning chemicals and sundries to Agricultural retail stores (kooperasies). The chemicals we supply to the Agricultural sector includes certain specific disinfectants, QAC products and food safe products where required. Mostly Chicken farms & Citrus Pack houses.

POSITION INFO:
Position:  Customer Success Manager
Industry experience not required.
Product knowledge will be given.
Job responsibilities:

• Deliver products and documentation to customers and other designated locations.
• Load, unload, pick, pack and prepare customer orders.
• Assist with receiving and checking incoming stock.
• Maintain accurate warehouse stock records and general warehouse organisation.
• Assist with basic administration, filing, quotations, invoices and delivery documentation.
• Assist the sales team with customer enquiries and follow-ups.
• Attend sales expos, exhibitions and promotional events as required.
• Set up and pack down exhibition stands and promotional material.
• Collect and record prospective customer information and sales leads.
• Provide professional and friendly service to customers.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to the position.

Matric

PROBATION:
The first 3 months will constitute a probationary period.
During this period, performance, attendance, reliability, customer interaction, work ethic and suitability for the position will be evaluated.
 
COMPANY VEHICLE:
Where a company vehicle is provided, it remains the property of the company and is primarily intended for authorized business purposes. The candidate must still have own transport to work and back.

BONUS STRUCTURE:
Monthly performance bonus: up to R1,500.00 Based on:
KPI - Bonus
Excellent attendance/reliability - R300
Warehouse/order accuracy - R300
Delivery/customer service - R300
Expo participation & lead collection - R300
Sales/customer follow-up - R300
 
WORKING HOURS:
Normal working hours will be: Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
Lunch break 30 minutes Morning Tea Time 15 minutes
 
Due to the nature of the position, occasional weekend, evening or public-holiday work may be required for sales expos, exhibitions, stock activities or special events. There will be overnight travel from time to time depending on the work load and expos arranged by our customers, but we can safely say not more than 4-5 out of town nights per month. Overtime will be dealt with in accordance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) and applicable company policy.
