Customer Success Consultant

As a Customer Success Consultant, you will be responsible for growing and nurturing an existing client base while ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the solutions provided.
This role combines account management, customer success, sales growth, and client support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide ongoing support and training, and proactively identify opportunities to increase value and retention.
With a hybrid work model, this position offers flexibility while still providing opportunities to engage directly with clients through regular visits and relationship-building activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through cross-selling and organic growth within an existing client portfolio
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships
• Conduct regular client visits to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement
• Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to new and existing clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions and services
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively manage retention risks
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data
• Provide administrative and sales support to ensure efficient operations
• Support marketing initiatives and attend relevant client and industry events
• Travel regularly to engage with customers and support business objectives

• Education:
• Matric or equivalent NQF qualification essential
• Formal Sales, Marketing, Business, or related qualification advantageous
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and customer relationship management
• Experience managing and growing customer portfolios
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through account growth and customer retention
• Previous experience within the banking, payments, or financial services environment is essential
• Technical Skills:
• CRM systems and customer relationship management
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Sales reporting and administration
• Customer onboarding and account management
