ADMINISTRATION INTERN

Location: KwaZulu-Natal

Salary: R6 000 – R8 000 per month

Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance and business requirements.

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Intern to join their team in KwaZulu-Natal. This opportunity is ideal for an individual with previous administrative experience who is eager to develop their skills within a professional and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the business, assist with daily operational tasks, and contribute to maintaining efficient workflows and accurate documentation.

Minimum Requirements

Education

Matric (Grade 12) – Non-negotiable
Administration, Warehouse, or Logistics qualification will be advantageous
Valid Driver’s License preferred

Experience

Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience
Experience working with SAP will be advantageous

Skills & Knowledge

Computer literate
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong communication skills
Good administrative and organizational abilities
Knowledge of SAP Business One will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the planning and coordination of company functions
Assist with fleet administration and traffic fine management
Support the purchasing of corporate clothing and PPE
Prepare and issue training certificates
Purchase office groceries and supplies
Assist with tender submissions and vendor applications
Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as required
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Branch Manager.
