Salary: R6 000 – R8 000 per month

Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance and business requirements.

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Intern to join their team in KwaZulu-Natal. This opportunity is ideal for an individual with previous administrative experience who is eager to develop their skills within a professional and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the business, assist with daily operational tasks, and contribute to maintaining efficient workflows and accurate documentation.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Matric (Grade 12) – Non-negotiable

• Administration, Warehouse, or Logistics qualification will be advantageous

• Valid Driver’s License preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience

• Experience working with SAP will be advantageous

Skills & Knowledge

• Computer literate

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Strong communication skills

• Good administrative and organizational abilities

• Knowledge of SAP Business One will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and coordination of company functions

• Assist with fleet administration and traffic fine management

• Support the purchasing of corporate clothing and PPE

• Prepare and issue training certificates

• Purchase office groceries and supplies

• Assist with tender submissions and vendor applications

• Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as required

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Branch Manager.
