SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for a detail-oriented and highly organised Revenue Administrator to join the Finance team.

POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timeous processing of invoices, maintaining customer billing information, resolving billing queries and providing general administrative support to the Finance and Call Centre functions.

The ideal candidate will be highly accurate, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and confident working with large volumes of billing data.

This role is based in Bryanston, Johannesburg North.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve customer and internal billing queries efficiently and professionally.
Process invoices accurately and within required deadlines.
Manage customer accounts and generate bills.
Run billing due lists and create invoices.
Ensure all billing documentation is accurately prepared and submitted to Finance.
Ensure invoices are generated and distributed to clients timeously.
Process invoice correction requests.
Verify all information affecting billing, including pricing, VAT and discounts.
Process debit orders, credit notes and refund payments.
Assist with billing analysis and reporting.
Maintain accurate finance and billing records.
Copy, scan and distribute billing documentation as required.
Provide administrative support to the Call Centre.
Perform general Finance administration and ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Grade 12 / Matric.
2–3 years' experience in a Billing/Revenue Administrator or similar billing role.
A relevant Finance qualification will be advantageous.
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is essential.
SQL and Power Query experience will be advantageous.
Experience in the Telecommunications industry is essential.
