SUMMARY:
Our client, a dealership based in Amanzimtoti (KZN), is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration / Accounting Assistant to join their team urgently. This role is best suited to a junior or early-career candidate with a foundation in finance and administration who can support daily accounting and office functions.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

General administrative duties
Basic accounting and financial administration support
Data capturing, filing, and record keeping
Assisting with invoicing, reconciliations, and related finance tasks
Supporting dealership administration requirements

Requirements:

A financial or administration qualification (certificate or diploma required)
Some exposure to accounting / admin functions
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Must reside in or close to Amanzimtoti, or be willing to relocate

Additional Information:
Due to operational and transport requirements, the successful candidate must be based in Amanzimtoti or nearby. Candidates currently living further away will only be considered if they are willing to relocate closer to the area.

Salary:

R7,500 – R9,000 per month, depending on experience

Employment Type:

Permanent
Start date: As soon as possible
