Junior Legal Practitioner – Fiduciary Department

Well established, PMB based legal concern have an opportunity open for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Practitioner in their Fiduciary Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly admitted attorney or a candidate with a strong academic background who is interested in developing a career in trusts, estates, and tax law.

Minimum Requirements:

• Admitted legal practitioner (essential)
• LLB degree (required)
• BCom degree (advantageous, particularly with accounting or tax focus)
• Valid driver’s license (own vehicle advantageous)

Experience:

• Exposure to trusts, estates, or tax law will be beneficial but is not essential for junior candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the administration of trusts and estates
• Supporting fiduciary and tax-related matters
• Liaising with clients and relevant authorities
• General legal and administrative duties within the department
