JOB DESCRIPTION:

POSITION: BASED IN Randburg Gauteng

Qualifications: Matric/Diploma in Bookkeeping or equivalent

Minimum / Previous experience:

Strong admin and organization skills with a minimum 3 years’ experience in Admin and Finance.
Jonas, golf and club experience an advantage
Excellent debtors / creditors / finance and time management skills

Personal skills and attributes:

Hands on, individual contributor and collaborative team player
Must be able to work flexible hours when necessary and able to
multitask under pressure
Always looking for exciting opportunities and new ideas to suggest
to clients

Key responsibilities:

Collection of outstanding / overdue accounts
Provide a weekly update on the status of all accounts (Age Analysis
with comments)
To manage the members accounts (purses included)
Preparation of final invoices and statements of accounts (function
debtors)
Administration of monthly accounts payment process
Resolution of members account enquiries
Administrative duties
