SUMMARY:
Have you worked within the financial planning and wealth management industry?

Our client based in the Southern Suburbs, and Independent Financial Advisory specialising in investments, tax and financial planning, requires a dedicated and trusted individual to assist the Wealth Management team with client administration and investment processing. This individual will work in a productive environment of teamwork, learning and personal development.

Industry experience is essential.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12, tertiary qualification will be an advantage
Own vehicle, transport and driver's license
Both English and Afrikaans speaking and writing skills required
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Methodical, detailed and organised work style
Professional corporate appearance
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good time management skills
Must be familiar with Adobe PDFs, Outlook, Word and Excel

DUTIES

Administrative duties - scheduling meetings, general office administration, correspondence with clients and service providers
Assisting the financial planners in servicing existing clients as well as new clients - handling preparation of all meeting documentation, application forms and follow ups
Filing, capturing client data, updating spreadsheets and word documents
Follow-up all client transactions, implementation of new business etc.
Being telephonically available for client queries, and act as initial point of contact for client queries
It is essential that the candidate has the ability to multitask and work under pressure

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
