JOB DESCRIPTION:

We have a vacant position for a Vehicle Service Workshop manager

Duties: Manage workshop and service department, Meet targets and profits for department, Train new staff and motivate staff, Handle all workshop related issues and Client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as Vehicle Service manager / Workshop manager
  • Experience with corporate dealerships and volume brands such as Mazda, Ford, Volkswagen etc.
  • Track record of reaching targets and making profits for the department
  • Clear criminal record
  • Leadership abilities and good communication skills
