JOB DESCRIPTION:

Vacancy: Vehicle Service manager

Duties: Manage workshop and service department, Meet targets and profits for department, Train and motivate staff, Handle all workshop related issues, Manage the CSI and Client satisfaction, Adhere to OEM Group policies and procedures

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience as Vehicle Service manager / Workshop / Aftersales manager
Experience with vehicle dealership management
Experience with volume brands such as Volkswagen, Ford, Mazda, Haval etc.
Track record of reaching targets and making profits for the department
Clear criminal record
Leadership abilities and good communication skills
