Telesales Representative

SUMMARY:
Drive telesales of aftermarket automotive products through customer engagement, quotations, order processing, and target achievement.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to new and existing customers.
• Promote products, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and convert quotes into sales.
• Process orders accurately and monitor stock availability and delivery timelines.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets.
• Cross-sell and upsell complementary products.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records on the ERP system.
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
• Stay up to date with products, pricing, promotions, and competitor activity.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 / Matric – Essential.
• Sales or Business-related qualification – advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in telesales, internal sales, or customer service.
• Automotive aftermarket experience – highly advantageous.
• Experience dealing with workshops, fitment centres, retailers, or fleet customers – advantageous.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of aftermarket automotive parts – advantageous.
• Strong telephone communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Computer literate with MS Office and ERP/sales order systems.
• Strong numerical, administrative, organisational, and follow-up skills.
