Telesales / Lead Generator

Our client, a growing business technology solutions provider specializing in office automation, telecommunications and IT solutions is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Telesales / Lead Generator to identify opportunities, engage prospective clients and develop qualified leads into genuine sales opportunities.
 
They are looking for someone who understands that successful B2B Telesales is about quality conversations, consistent follow-up and relationship development.
 
The ideal candidate must know how to take a warm lead, start a credible business conversation, uncover an opportunity and continue working that opportunity until it progresses.

• Approximately (20–30 quality outbound calls per day)
• Quality of prospect engagement
• Qualified leads and appointments generated
• Opportunities added to the sales pipeline

• Gross profit generated from successful opportunities
• Development of repeat and ongoing business from existing clients

• Contact and engage prospects from company-provided databases and hot lead lists
• Conduct approximately 20–30 quality outbound calls per day, with the emphasis on productive conversations rather than call volume
• Identify decision-makers and establish relationships with relevant stakeholders
• Understand each prospect's current environment, business requirements and potential pain points
• Identify opportunities across office automation, PBX/telecommunications and IT-related solutions
• Understand and confidently communicate solutions structured around rental and recurring-service models
• Qualify opportunities based on client requirements, timing, budget and decision-making processes
• Generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities
• Conduct professional and consistent follow-ups with prospective clients
• Nurture longer-term opportunities through the sales cycle
• Re-engage and develop opportunities within existing client accounts
• Work closely with the sales team to facilitate opportunities through to quotation and closure
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups and opportunities
• Develop a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline
• Build long-term client relationships that can generate repeat and ongoing business
