Your duties will encompass:

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation activities.
• Identify, qualify and follow up on prospective clients.
• Promote and present company products and services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Arrange appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Develop and maintain strong customer and prospect relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities.
• Conduct customer feedback and NPS calls.
• Accurately capture and maintain customer information on CRM systems.
• Prepare and maintain sales, lead generation and activity reports.
• Assist with customer retention and relationship management initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve agreed sales, lead generation and customer satisfaction targets.
