LIFE INSURANCE SALES CONSULTANT – TELESALES | CONTRACT
Location: Cape Town (Western Cape)
Employment Type: Contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Life Insurance Sales Consultant to join a leading financial services environment on a contract basis.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric

• Diploma in a relevant field

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in Life Insurance

• Proven experience selling Life Insurance products

• Previous telesales/contact centre sales experience

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Excellent communication and telephone skills

• Strong sales and closing ability

• Excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills

• Target and results driven

• Strong listening and relationship-building skills

• Resilient and comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment

• Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Life Insurance solutions

• Present products and benefits clearly and professionally

• Handle customer queries and objections effectively

• Convert sales opportunities and achieve set targets

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information

• Adhere to sales, quality and compliance standards
