Location: Valhalla, Centurion
Salary: R9,000 CTC per month (Performance-based salary increases and career growth opportunities)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | Office Based

We're looking for an entry-level Technical Administrator to join a growing IT services company. This role is ideal for someone who has excellent administrative skills, strong computer literacy and a genuine interest in IT. No previous IT experience is required—we'll provide full on-the-job training.
 
You'll support the business with day-to-day administration while gradually developing technical skills, including preventative system checks and eventually assisting clients with remote IT support.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to and manage emails professionally.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Prepare quotations and other administrative documentation.
Answer incoming telephone calls and take accurate messages.
Perform preventative maintenance checks on client systems (full training provided).
Compile reports based on system maintenance findings.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Provide administrative support to the technical team.
Assist with remote client support as your technical knowledge develops (training provided).
Deliver professional customer service via telephone and email.
 
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12).
Previous administration experience is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent computer literacy is non-negotiable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional telephone etiquette.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Advantageous
An interest in computers or information technology.
Basic understanding of computer hardware or software.
Own transport and a valid driver's licence would be advantageous but are not required upon joining. Employees will be encouraged and supported to obtain these during their first year of employment.
