Key Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients (virtually via Teams/Zoom or in person).

• Follow established onboarding processes to welcome and service new investment clients.

• Provide holistic financial advice covering local and offshore investment portfolios, tax planning, estate planning, and wills.

• Prepare and conduct structured investment reviews.

• Manage ongoing client queries, record-keeping, and FICA compliance with high attention to detail.

• Stay up to date with market trends, tax regulations, and investment vehicles.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Financial Planner / Investment Advisor.

• Education: Relevant tertiary degree (BCom, BBusSci, or Honours strongly preferred).

• Certifications: Must have passed the RE5 regulatory exam. CFP® designation (or actively studying towards it) is highly preferred.

• Languages: Fully fluent in English and Afrikaans (written and verbal).

• Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with virtual meeting platforms.

• Core Skills: Strong time management, exceptional communication skills, and an aptitude for continuous learning.
