POSITION INFO:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Corporate Event Coordinator to manage the company''s internal and external events. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing and finalizing events within strict deadlines and budgets. This includes everything from large-scale annual conferences and product launches to internal team-building workshops and executive meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

2-4 years of proven experience as an Event Coordinator, Planner or similar role in a corporate environment
Related Qualification in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Communications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for negotiating with vendors and interacting with executives
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to handle last-minute changes or emergencies gracefully
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on the event schedule.

Responsibilities:

Event Planning: Outline event scopes, timelines, goals and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Venue & Vendor Management: Research, negotiate with, and book venues, caterers, AV teams and entertainment
Budget Tracking: Manage event budgets, track expenses, handle invoicing, and ensure all events stay within financial limits.
Logistics Coordination: Oversee event registration, seating charts, transportation, lodging, and catering requirements
Marketing Support: Work with the marketing team to design invitations, promotional materials and digital event pages
Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event wrap-ups, analyze attendee feedback, and measure return on investment
