Wealth Assistent

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Processing

• Implement client instructions relating to investments, insurance policies, and other financial products
• Submit relevant documentation to service providers
• Obtain implementation confirmations from service providers
• Communicate investment instruction updates and confirmations to clients

Client Servicing

• Gather and analyse investment and fund information
• Compile and prepare client review documentation and proposals
• Assist with processing payments on behalf of clients
• Maintain high levels of client service and relationship management

Administration & Support

• Manage diaries and schedule meetings for the Wealth Planner/Advisor
• Record client interactions and update client records
• Maintain accurate client databases and documentation
• Conduct beneficiary risk ratings and screenings
• Provide support on special projects where required
• Ensure all client instructions are handled efficiently and timeously

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• 2-3 years' experience within the investment or financial services industry
• Previous administrative experience within financial services is essential
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Familiarity with financial services products and service provider platforms
