About the Role

Are you a mid-level Financial Planner looking for an environment where you can focus on building relationships and closing high-net-worth business without the constant burden of self-sourcing leads?

We are a fast-growing, collaborative wealth management firm based in Cape Town looking to add driven Financial Advisors to our team. In this role, you will manage high-net-worth individual (HNWI) client portfolios ranging from R2 million to R10 million+, backed by a centralized, daily lead-generation engine and an experienced operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Consultation: Conduct remote (Microsoft Teams) and in-person consultations with pre-qualified high-net-worth clients to assess financial goals and recommend investment strategies.

• Portfolio Management: Onboard and manage client portfolios ranging from R2 million to over R10 million.

• Full-Spectrum Wealth Management: Utilize top-tier investment platforms (such as Allan Gray and Old Mutual Wealth) to deliver holistic financial planning.

• Leverage Outsourced Solutions: Oversee risk product requirements through our dedicated outsourced partners, generating additional revenue streams for your book without added administrative overhead.

• CRM & Process Adherence: Utilize our modern CRM platform to streamline workflows from initial meeting notes, transcripts, and FICA compliance to automated client onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Business-level fluency in Afrikaans is essential to serve our existing client base effectively.

• Experience Level: Mid-level experience—confident, professional, and capable of holding peer-level advisory conversations with high-net-worth individuals.

• Technical Skills: Comfortable with modern financial tech stacks, virtual meeting software (MS Teams), and CRM systems.

• Qualifications: Relevant financial planning qualification or degree; working toward or holding a CFP® designation is advantageous.

• Location: Based in or willing to commute daily to our Cape Town office.
