Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:

Certificate/Diploma in administration or related
Excellent command of the English language (speak, read & write)
5 years of experience in a similar position
Adaptability
Analytical
Attention to detail
Ability to effectively present information and respond to suppliers, customers and employees.
Customer oriented

Excellent communication skills
Ethical conduct
Goal-oriented, organised & team player

Ability to work shifts

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Liaise with central reservations to communicate new rate plans and promotions.
Overall accountability for the entire Reservations/Ticket Office department.
Prepare quotations and coordinate all related activities and follow-ups.
Assist sales team in setting their rates.
Support and participate in venue/outlets and conference sales.
Liaise with travel agents and internal operational stakeholders to coordinate reservations related matters.
Maintain personal hygiene and dress code.
Check quality of hygiene standards on site.
Ensure and follow all health, safety and hygiene processes and procedures as per requirements.
Ensure accurate daily attendance and timely submission of timesheets and ERS reports.
Manage employee matters in relation to training, coaching and disciplinary actions.
