POSITION INFO:

A leading car rental company is looking for a friendly and service-driven Rental Agent to join their team. The successful candidate will assist customers with reservations, process rental agreements, and ensure a smooth rental experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with vehicle rentals

• Prepare and process rental agreements and documentation

• Explain terms and conditions of rental to customers

• Upsell additional services (e.g., insurance, GPS, child seats)

• Inspect vehicles before and after rental

• Handle customer queries, payments, and returns

• Maintain accurate records and work with booking systems

Requirements:

• Matric certificate (Grade 12)

• Previous experience in the car rental or hospitality industry is an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Computer literate and able to work with booking systems

• Must have a valid South African driver’s license

• Customer-focused with strong attention to detail

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
