The Role: Operations & Administration Agent

This is a hands-on support role focused on administration, booking management, guest communications, and operational coordination. The role plays an important part in ensuring bookings, systems, and operational processes remain organised and accurate while supporting guests throughout their journey.

You’ll work closely with the wider operations team, assisting with day-to-day administration, reservation support, and guest enquiries in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role suits someone who is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities across operations and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• 1–2 years’ experience supporting hospitality, administration, customer service, or operational environments
• Support the Operations team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
• Maintain accurate booking records and operational information across systems
• Manage booking calendars, reservation updates, and booking amendments across multiple platforms
• Maintain partner booking platforms and iCal links
• Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Handle reservation enquiries and guest support requests professionally and efficiently
• Respond to guest reviews in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with operational tracking, reporting, and coordination tasks
• Escalate operational or guest-related issues where required
• Work closely with the wider team to support smooth daily operations

About You

• 1–2 years’ experience within hospitality, administration, customer service, or similar guest-facing environments
• Strong hospitality or guest-facing experience, ideally within fast-paced or service-driven environments
• Comfortable managing guest communications across phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Confident using booking systems, calendars, and general office software
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain organised under pressure
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently when required
• Positive attitude with a collaborative and team-focused approach
• Comfortable working rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Additional experience in marketing, communications, or social media would be advantageous

Working Pattern

This role operates on a rotating shift pattern across 7 days, including weekends.

Employees will work a combination of:

• 3 days on / 4 days off
• 4 days on / 3 days off

Shift hours:

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 22:00
• Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 – 22:00

Each shift includes unpaid breaks as per the rota schedule.
