Role of the Client Onboarding & Contracts Consultant is to take over once the deal is done.  You will be guiding clients through the rental agreement process, ensuring full understanding, accuracy, and compliance before sign-off. Acting as the bridge between sales and operations, you will ensure every client is correctly onboarded, documentation is in order, and each deal is processed smoothly and professionally.

Remuneration
R 9000 per month, plus a lucrative incentive is offered.

POSITION INFO:
Duties include

• Facilitate the onboarding of new rental clients in a professional and efficient manner
• Explain rental agreements, terms, and conditions clearly to clients
• Ensure all contracts are accurately completed, signed, and compliant
• Conduct client vetting and ensure all required supporting documentation is obtained
• Liaise closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of approved deals
• Maintain accurate client records and contract files
• Handle client queries related to agreements and onboarding
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Assist in minimising risk by ensuring all onboarding checks are properly completed

• Previous experience in a contracts, admin, onboarding, or F&I support role (automotive or similar environment advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills
• Ability to explain complex terms in a simple, professional manner
• Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Computer literate with experience in handling documentation systems
• Residing - East Rand Region 
• Valid driver’s license advantageous
