Our successful Reconciliations Clerk will…

• Be responsible for the daily processing of all withdrawals to clients’ accounts
• Ensuring that payments are valid, correct and meet all risk and wagering requirements
• Administer and maintain the withdrawals system
• Ensuring all system references and withdrawal data are correctly updated
• Liaises with other departments (e.g., call centre etc) to ensure customer queries are resolved
• Have exceptional planning and attention to detail
• Compile Banking, Credit Card, Manual and other reconciliation with proficient excel skills

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4) and at least two years’ experience in a similar role.
