We are seeking a young, dynamic, and detail-oriented Junior Creditors Clerk to join a finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong reconciliation skills, accuracy in handling financial data, and experience in working with both accounts payable and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Process, verify, and reconcile supplier invoices.
Maintain accurate creditors'' records and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
Perform supplier statement reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable functions, including processing payments.
Call clients to collect outstanding payments (credit control support).
Assist the Financial Manager with ad hoc finance and administration duties.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements:

Matric or equivalent qualification (finance-related advantageous).
2–3 years’ experience in a similar creditors/accounts payable role.
Proficiency in SAGE (non-negotiable) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Vibrant, motivated, and professional personality with a stable track record.
Resides in or near Kempton Park.
