Are you a meticulous finance professional looking for a short-term opportunity in a high-volume, fast-paced environment? My client is seeking a Creditors Clerk to join their team on a 3-month contract.

As the Creditors Clerk you will responsible for the following:

Process and reconcile creditor invoices against supplier statements and trial balances.
Investigate and resolve variances by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly payment runs, ensuring correct allocations.
Obtain appropriate authorisations for supplier invoices and expenses.
Submit reconciliations in line with strict deadlines.
Maintain accurate and organised accounts payable records.
Address internal and external queries promptly.
Identify process improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Diploma in Finance
Proven experience in cashbook management or a similar finance role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
