Receptionist / office assistant

SUMMARY:
Front line receptionist / office assistant required for a consulting company in Menlo park region. 

• Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
• Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls with professional telephone etiquette
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendars
• Book and organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and accurately record and distribute meeting minutes
• Make follow-up calls and manage correspondence on behalf of management
• Ensure office refreshments are well stocked and appropriately managed
• Maintain a tidy, professional, and welcoming office environment
• Assist with general administrative duties as required

• Ability to speak English and at least one of the following languages: Sepedi, Setswana, or Zulu
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently
