SUMMARY:
A dynamic organization based in Midrand is looking to employ a Receptionist / Administrator with 3 – 5 years’ experience in a fast paced environment

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Matric qualification is required
Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the workplace
Must have reliable personal transport
A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ relevant work experience is required
MS Office & Pastel
Candidates with experience in accounts or stock control are encouraged to apply
Must be well presented with excellent telephonic and professional communication skills.
Managing reception duties and overseeing access at the front gate, ensuring a professional first point of contact for visitors and clients
Handling invoicing for the service department, including preparing and issuing invoices and liaising with relevant departments where required
Managing and monitoring a shared email inbox, responding to queries promptly and directing correspondence to the appropriate parties
Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures
Fetching and coordinating stock for orders, ensuring correct items are prepared and ready for dispatch
