Purpose Of The Job:
Our Client a well established Vehicle Rental company are looking for a Receptionist to join their Team.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Answering the telephone
Updating the telephone list
Meeting and greeting visitors
Offer excellent Customer Service
Manage WhatsApp and messaging platforms effectively
Adhoc duties as required

Minimum Qualification / Requirements:

Grade 12
Certificate in Telephone Etiquette Course would be advantageous
Clear, confident, and professional telephonic communication
Strong written communication and email etiquette
Good time management and organisational skills
High attention to detail when capturing information
Ability to work independently while following instructions
Calm and professional approach to customer interaction
Ability to escalate sensitive or complex matters appropriately
Flexibility to adapt as responsibilities evolve
