Location: JHB - Central

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and experienced Receptionist to join our team in JHB - Central on a Contractor basis. As the Receptionist, you will report to the Supervisor and be responsible for managing the reception desk and providing administrative support. preferable female candidate living with disability and must have valid proof of disability.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Answering the phone promptly with a good telephone manner
Deputising for the facilities manager when required
Ensuring meeting rooms are well maintained
Supporting the organisation of events, seminars, and meetings
Providing high-level administrative support
Monitoring equipment and meeting room usage
Promoting compliance with organisational policies
Maintaining the filing system and correspondence
Managing office supplies and equipment
Supervising cleaning staff and access control
Ensuring the reception area is presentable and clean
Managing boardroom reservations and refreshments
Controlling inventory and ordering supplies

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualifications: MA (Masters)Skills: Matric with Exemption, tertiary education in office/reception procedures, Microsoft Office proficiency, knowledge of Microsoft Teams, reception qualification
