REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a neat, well-presented individual.
• Previous administration and/or reception experience is required.
• Must be computer literate.

• Welcoming and greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming telephone calls.
• Taking and relaying accurate messages when necessary.
• Managing the reception area to ensure it is neat and presentable at all times.
• Scheduling and managing appointments and meeting bookings.
• Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and deliveries.
• Assisting with general administrative and clerical tasks.
• Maintaining visitor logs and issuing visitor access where required.
• Handling basic inquiries from clients and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Ensuring office stationery and basic supplies are monitored and replenished when needed.
