SUMMARY:
Urgently seeking an experience Sales Administrator & Receptionist in Modderfontein.

POSITION INFO:

Urgently seeking an experienced Sales Order Administrator & Receptionist who is fully bilingual, computer literate – experience working on SAP.

Requirements:

Matric essential.
Presentable.
Positive, friendly attitude with “mature, professional demeanour”.
Bilingual.
Excellent verbal and written skills essential.
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy is essential.
Previous SAP experience beneficial
Switchboard experience beneficial i.e. ability to effectively work a switchboard.
Ability to work independently and as a team player. Ability to deal effectively with ALL staff and customers
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
High degree of attention to detail. Orders need to be processed without error.
Reside within close proximity (i.e. Kempton Park, Edenvale, Germiston).
Must have own, reliable transport.
Work with energy and a sense of energy.
Ability to handle occasional conflict.

Responsibilities:

Processing and administration of all sales orders and invoices.
Managing reception which includes liaising telephonically and face to face with staff and walk-in customers.
Fielding telephonic customer enquiries and complaints.
Processing of sample requests, maintenance of sample register and monthly sample report.
Assistance with general office administration.
Answer incoming telephone calls; determine purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
Take and deliver messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating
Carry out instructions given by the management team and superior
Deliver excellent customer service at all times;
