Our client is a well-established engineering company delivering innovative engineering solutions to clients across South Africa and internationally.
They are looking for a professional, organised and customer-focused Receptionist | Office Administrator to become the face of their business. This is a varied role combining reception, office administration, travel coordination and HR support within a professional corporate environment.

POSITION INFO:

About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the front office while providing administrative support across the business. The position offers plenty of variety and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, multitasking and keeping an office running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors, clients and suppliers in a professional manner
Manage the switchboard, calls and messages
Coordinate visitor access, couriers and deliveries
Maintain a professional reception and meeting area
Order and manage stationery and office supplies
Administer petty cash and general office administration
Coordinate meeting rooms, catering and meeting packs
Arrange local and international business travel
Assist with onboarding of new employees
Support HR administration, employee engagement initiatives and company events

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
Office Administration or Reception qualification advantageous
Valid driver's licence
3-5 years' reception and office administration experience
Experience in a professional corporate environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
SharePoint exposure advantageous
