Receptionist / Admin Clerk
Alrode, Alberton
R10 000 to R12 000 CTC per month

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Clerk.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work professionally under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers.
Manage the reception area, incoming calls, emails, and visitor access.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing documents.
Maintain office supplies, filing systems, and finance-related documentation.
Coordinate mail, courier services, and internal communications.
Support office operations while ensuring compliance with company policies, security procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
