Our client is a well-established organisation within the agricultural and commodities sector, known for delivering high-quality products to both local and international markets. With a strong focus on operational excellence and reliability, they continue to maintain a respected presence within the industry.

They are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join their team. This role is ideal for an individual who is organised, personable, and able to manage front-office operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Managing the reception area and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and courier deliveries
Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional front-office environment
Assisting with general administrative duties, including filing, data capturing, and document management
Scheduling meetings and managing boardroom bookings
Welcoming guests and ensuring a positive client experience
Coordinating office supplies and placing orders when required
Supporting various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks
Maintaining accurate records and assisting with basic reporting where necessary

Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
Relevant administrative qualification (advantageous)
2+ years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Afrikaans & English
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Presentable, reliable, and able to work independently
