Our client a technology company, with offices based in CC, is seeking to employ a front office receptionist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position entails the following detail responsibilities:
· Reception duties, answering calls, taking messages, meet and greet clients
· Assisting staff with general office duties
· Sending and receiving emails
· Ordering office equipment, stationery, groceries, etc
· Assisting managers with general office duties
· Assisting the Commercial Assistant with outbound calls
· Assisting with documentation
· Ensuring storeroom is neat and tidy
· Cleaning boardroom whiteboards
· Sending birthday emails and preparing gifts
· Arrange refreshments for clients
· Booking boardrooms on Outlook
· Arrange courier services via Nonstop Logistics
· Receive post and packages
· Ordering of toner for printers and arranging repairs via Smart Office Connexion
· Arrange e-waste collection via Just PC’s
· Reporting office maintenance to Assetmatrix
· Ordering flowers where and when applicable
· Reporting phone faults via MFP
· Kitchen duties when office assistant not at the office
· Maintaining staff parking register
· Filing of documents
· General admin duties
REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum 3+ years’ experience in front office
· Own transport, with driver''s licence is compulsory
· A relevant Tertiary Diploma will be an advantage
· Good communication skills – verbal and written (English & Afrikaans)
· Good MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word skills
· Strong analytical and administrative abilities
