SUMMARY:
Opportunity to join our Client who is a leading supplier within the metal sector based in Montague Gardens.
 
We require your go-getter attitude with minimum 5 years experience where you have taken ownership of a company’s reception with your confident customer liaison skills and can manage all aspects of administration required within their dynamic and friendly team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric, relevant qualification advantageous, own transport preferable
  • Bilingual in both Afrikaans and English
  • Computer literate and experience in Syspro highly advantageous
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and highly organised
  • Ability to manage the expectations of all staff personnel
  
DUTIES
  • Answering Switchboard
  • Professionally meeting and greeting of incoming clients
  • Processing of customer quotes
  • Liaise with technicians and customers on requirements
  • Manage feedback requirements for clients so they are updated regularly
  • Assist office staff with applicable duties
  • General office administration duties required
  • Manage filing system
  • Ordering and managing of office stationary and supplies
  • Keeping up to date various information and records
 
Salary R16k including medical aid and pension, dependent on experience
