SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated and detailâoriented Admin Assistant to join our clients team in Paarl. The ideal candidate will be efficient, wellâorganised, and comfortable working in a fastâpaced environment that requires strong customer service and administrative capabilities.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Skills and Requirements:

Completed Matric Certificate
2+ years experience in an administrative/ support based role
Proficient in the use of MS Office
Valid drivers' license - ideal
Applicants must currently reside in the Paarl area

Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to:

Manage the reception area; answering of incoming calls and providing assistance
Assisting with queries relating to statements, balances and refunds
Maintaining approval and decline statistics
Assisting with the preparation of loan contracts
Contacting third-party suppliers for settlement balances and other details are required
Performing any additional administrative duties as required
