Working closely with the Project Manager, the successful candidate will take responsibility for preparing safety files, maintaining essential registers, managing project documentation, and supporting key coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working with systems, and brings a hands-on, solutions-oriented attitude to their work.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Minimum of a NQF6
Strong administrative and organisational abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and document management
Self-driven with the ability to work independently
Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical project environment
