SUMMARY:

Personal Assistant – Automotive Industry

A well-established company in the automotive industry is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to management.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

Manage diaries, meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.
Assist with stock control, stock counts, and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and reports.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
Handle general office administration and ad hoc management requests.
Assist with vehicle, parts, or workshop-related administration where required.

Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant or administrative role.
Must be able to communicate in both English and Afrikaans (written and verbal)
Automotive industry experience is a must.
Proven stock control and invoicing experience within the automotive industry.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Valid driver’s licence.
