Personal Assistant

SUMMARY:
An established company based in La Mercy is looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, personal, and operational support to the Directors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office by managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, monitoring compliance requirements, and overseeing general administrative functions.

Personal Assistant to Directors:

• Arrange travel, accommodation and transportation.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Coordinate personal and professional commitments.
• Run errands and assist with personal tasks and lifts as needed.
• Maintain records, filing systems, and databases.
• Conduct research and prepare documents or presentations
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, service providers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with event planning and coordination.

• Car hire
• Accommodation
• Conference planning

• Coordination of SETA learnerships through training providers
• Attend progress and update meetings and provide feedback on learner development and programme status.
• Monitor training plans and learner progress to ensure programmes remain on track and aligned with set objectives.

• Coordinate boardroom setup and catering requirements for management and sales meetings.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate the placement of weekly grocery orders.
• Oversee the management of the Hospitality Assistant.
• Coordinate daily lunch arrangements, as well as the planning and execution of company functions and events.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Leadership Team as and when required.
• General administrative duties required by senior management
