SUMMARY:
Vacancy: Executive Personal Assistant to the Group CEO
Location: Upper Highway Area, KwaZulu-Natal (Applicants must reside in Kloof, Hillcrest, Waterfall, or surrounding Upper Highway areas)
We are seeking an experienced, highly professional, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to our Group CEO. This is a demanding role requiring exceptional organizational skills, sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive support to the Group CEO.
• Manage complex diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Coordinate and prepare meetings, agendas, presentations, and minutes.
• Arrange local and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Draft, review, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and legal documentation.
• Assist with the administration and management of company properties.
• Support the CEO with business projects from planning through to execution.
• Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, suppliers, and professional service providers.
• Manage and coordinate administrative staff where required.
• Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting functions, including handling financial information with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding matters, and ensure projects remain on track.
• Identify challenges proactively and implement practical solutions with minimal supervision.

• Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant supporting a senior executive or CEO.
• Valid Code 08 driver's licence and own reliable transport.
• Must reside in the Upper Highway area (Kloof, Hillcrest, Waterfall, or surrounding areas).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong numerical ability with experience in basic bookkeeping and accounting.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
• Confident decision-maker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.  
• Professional, mature, and highly confidential in handling sensitive information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
